Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Cancellation or Rescheduling 7 Days Prior to Booking: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. In this case, 50% of your deposit will be refunded if you choose to cancel, or your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled date. Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Prior: Unfortunately, if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the scheduled date, the deposit will not be refunded. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us directly at least 7 days before the event date. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs within our policy guidelines. Deposit and Refund Information: Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated timeframe will be processed accordingly, as detailed above.
