As such, our returns and refund policy for personalised items is designed to address the specific nature of these bespoke creations.

Returns: Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We understand that mistakes can happen during production or transit, and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and satisfactorily - all customers will be sent a mock-up template of their product prior to any work commencing, once approved, no further changes can be made.  

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To facilitate the resolution process, kindly provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item, as well as the packaging it arrived in. Our team will assess the situation and work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Refunds: Refunds for personalised items are only issued in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Once we receive and inspect the returned item or view photographic evidence, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 1- 2 days.

Cancellation: As personalised items are made to order, cancellations can only be accommodated if requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming to avoid any discrepancies.

Exceptions: In rare circumstances where an error occurs on our part, such as mis-spelling a name, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please notify us of any such errors within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the replacement process.

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, FunkyDory Kidz works diligently to create your order and prepare it for shipping. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary, but rest assured, we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times: The shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 days - 1st Class or 2nd Class 2-3 days.
• Tracked Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within 24-48 Hours.

Please note that shipping times are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen delays, such as adverse weather conditions or carrier issues. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery dates, we appreciate your understanding and patience during any disruptions that may occur - we will always keep you updated on your order and when it is shipped and on it's way to you.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package if you have chosen this shipping method.
