Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Cancellation or Rescheduling 7 Days Prior to Booking: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. In this case, 50% of your deposit will be refunded if you choose to cancel, or your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled date. Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Prior: Unfortunately, if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the scheduled date, the deposit will not be refunded. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us directly at least 7 days before the event date. Once your party booking is confirmed, an invoice will be issued to you through email. The first invoice will be for the deposit, which is required to secure your booking with Funkydory Kidz. The final invoice will be issued one week before your party and must be paid in full before your event date.
